David brings a fresh approach to emergency management and community risk reduction. Advanced planning is the key to surviving wildland fires and other natural or man-made emergency incidents. Based on years of experience, he applies both “tried-and-true” and new technologies to mitigate risk. He welcomes and encourages active client participation and partnerships in every project. David’s strong depth of experience serves his clients well as he has many different areas in his “tool kit” of knowledge to draw from in order to assist in numerous aspects of emergency management.
